the smiling faces at the breakfast entrance and the helpful staff, including Mr Salah, made our experience delightful. the location provided easy access to the Holy Mosque, and the in-room dining and daily breakfast buffet were excellent.

Great location near the Haram, with a small shopping center and supermarket below. Good breakfast variety, pleasant ambience, and helpful staff, especially Liton Miah. Adhan speaker in room, adequate elevators to avoid long waits.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no reason to complain.
